Ingredients

  • 1 round loaf bread, unsliced
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 small can green chiles, chopped
  • 1 jar dried beef, chopped into small pieces

Instructions

  1. Cut the top off the bread loaf and scoop out the center, leaving a shell.
  2. Combine the remaining ingredients and spoon into the bread shell.
  3. Replace the top of the bread.
  4. Wrap the bread in foil and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
