Ingredients

  • 32 oz. frozen hash browns
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 12 oz. sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1/2 tablespoon salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Thaw the frozen hash browns.
  2. In a bowl, mix chopped onions, melted butter, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the mixture to the thawed hash browns and stir until well combined.
  4. Transfer to a baking dish and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
