Ingredients

  • 1 pkg lime jello
  • 1 c boiling water
  • 1 c cottage cheese
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple
  • 1/4 c lemon juice
  • 1/4 c salad dressing or mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c light cream or sour cream
  • 1/2 c nut meats

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the lime jello in the boiling water.
  2. When the jello is partially set, stir in the remaining ingredients.
  3. Pour the mixture into a shallow dish or pan to set.
  4. Once set, cut into squares to serve.
