Ingredients

  • 4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp. lime juice
  • 1 tsp. chopped garlic

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°. In a shallow, medium dish, blend soy sauce, honey, vegetable oil, lime juice and garlic. Place chicken into the mixture. Marinate in the refrigerator at least 30 minutes. Marinate overnight for fullest flavor. Place dish in oven and bake for 30 to 45 minutes, until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
