Ingredients

  • 2 packages 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 package Buddig beef, chopped
  • 2 bunches green onions, chopped (white parts only)
  • 1 -2 jalapeno, seeded and chopped finely
  • 1 can diced tomatoes and green chilies
  • 1 can chopped black olives
  • 1 can chopped green chili

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients well, either by hand or with a potato masher.
  2. Chill 3-4 hours or overnight and serve with Frito Scoops.
