Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 to 4 lb beef brisket
  • 12 oz can beer
  • 12 oz jar chili sauce
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup catsup

Instructions

  1. Place the beef brisket in a Dutch oven.
  2. Combine the beer, chili sauce, brown sugar, and catsup in a mixing bowl.
  3. Mix well and pour the mixture over the brisket.
  4. Bake at 275°F for 3 to 3 1/2 hours.
  5. Cool the meat and slice.
  6. Reheat when ready to serve.
