Ingredients

  • 2 lb. finely ground lamb meat
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 c. chopped parsley leaves

Instructions

  1. Mix ground lamb, chopped onion, salt, pepper, cinnamon, and chopped parsley well.
  2. Spread the mixture evenly in a pan.
  3. Bake in a hot oven over 450°F until browned.
