Ingredients

  • 1 cup oleo
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 16 ounces sour cream
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Beat all of the ingredients except for the topping ingredients with an electric mixer.
  2. Pour half of the batter into two greased bread loaf pans.
  3. Sprinkle half of the topping mixture on top of the batter.
  4. Add the remaining batter to the pans and top with the remaining topping mixture.
  5. Bake for 1 hour at 350°F.
