Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (12) fajita shells
  • 2 cans refried beans with sausage
  • 1 medium size bag shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) jar taco or picante sauce

Instructions

  1. Spray a baking pan with no-stick oil.
  2. In a large bowl, mix refried beans with sausage and half of the shredded Cheddar cheese until well combined.
  3. Spread the bean mixture evenly on each fajita shell.
  4. Roll up each filled shell like a pinwheel.
