Ingredients

  • 2 cans bean dip
  • 3 avocados
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 small can black olives
  • 1 lb. grated cheese

Instructions

  1. Spread bean dip in the bottom of a serving dish.
  2. Add a layer made up of mashed avocados, pepper, salt, and lemon juice.
  3. Add a third layer made of sour cream, mayonnaise, and taco seasoning.
  4. Top with green onions, chopped tomatoes, and black olives.
  5. Sprinkle grated cheese over the top and serve with corn chips.
