Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. oil
  • 2 c. pumpkin
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped dates
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. water
  • 3 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 c. nuts
  • 1/2 c. raisins

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs with sugar.
  2. Add oil, water and pumpkin.
  3. Stir in dry ingredients.
  4. Then add dates, nuts and raisins.
  5. Blend together well.
