- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
- Layer peeled, sliced potatoes and onions in the prepared pan.
- Add slices of Velveeta cheese and pats of butter between layers.
- Lay slices of Canadian bacon over the layered ingredients.
- Repeat layering until the pan is three-quarters full.
- Sprinkle flour over the layered ingredients.
- Pour milk evenly over the layers.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Let stand for 5 to 7 minutes before serving.
