Indulgent layered bars combining crunchy graham crackers, rich chocolate and butterscotch, and creamy peanut butter, perfect for satisfying sweet cravings or sharing at gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • Waverly crackers
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup butterscotch chips
  • 2/3 cup peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Boil together the oleo, butter, brown sugar, white sugar, and milk.
  2. Boil for 4 minutes.
  3. Add the graham cracker crumbs and boil for another minute.
  4. Line one layer of Waverly crackers in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  5. Pour half of the sauce over the crackers.
  6. Add another layer of Waverly crackers and pour the remaining sauce on top.
  7. Add one more layer of crackers.
  8. Melt the chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and peanut butter together.
  9. Spread this mixture over the top layer of crackers.
