A sweet, crunchy treat combining cornflakes, rice Krispies, coconut, and nuts coated with a luscious caramel-like syrup, perfect for parties or snack cravings.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups cornflakes
  • 1 cup Rice Krispies
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 cup salted nuts
  • 1 cup white syrup
  • 1 cup cream or Carnation condensed milk
  • 1 cup white sugar

Instructions

  1. Boil sugar, syrup, and cream until it reaches a temperature of 238°, almost a hard ball.
  2. Pour the hot mixture over the mixture of cornflakes, Rice Krispies, coconut, and nuts.
  3. Mix very thoroughly to coat all ingredients evenly.
  4. Spread the mixture on a greased cookie sheet.
  5. Allow to cool completely.
  6. Break into pieces and enjoy.
