Ingredients

  • 1 lb butter
  • 1 large onion
  • 16 oz drained sauerkraut
  • 1 (1 lb) package Kluski noodles

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a heavy skillet over medium heat.
  2. Chop the large onion and sauté in the melted butter until translucent.
  3. Add drained sauerkraut to the skillet and cook for a few minutes.
  4. Cook the Kluski noodles according to package directions, then drain.
  5. Add the cooked noodles to the butter, onion, and sauerkraut mixture and stir well.
  6. Season with garlic salt to taste, then serve.
