Instructions
- Place salt in boiling water and bring to a boil.
- Add rice to the boiling water and cook for 5 minutes.
- Drain the rice and place it in an ovenproof casserole.
- Melt butter in a skillet and sauté onions until soft.
- Add the sautéed onions to the rice and stir well.
- Cover tightly and bake at 300°F (150°C) for 1 hour.
- Remove from the oven and stir in sour cream, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper to taste.
