Ingredients

  • 16 oz. creamed cottage cheese
  • 6 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. caraway seed (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cut butter into the creamed cottage cheese and add other ingredients.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil in the top of a double boiler.
  3. Stir well as it heats and hangs on the pot.
  4. Add the caraway seed (optional).
  5. Serve warm or refrigerate for later use.
