Ingredients

  • 1 jar sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Polish sausage
  • 8 oz Cheddar cheese
  • 3 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Drain and rinse the jar of sauerkraut.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the drained sauerkraut, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, and milk.
  4. Slice the potatoes and Polish sausage into thin pieces.
  5. Layer the sliced potatoes, sausage, and sauerkraut mixture in a baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle shredded Cheddar cheese on top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
