Ingredients

  • 1 lb hamburger
  • 1 head cabbage
  • 1 onion
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Brown the hamburger in a large frying pan until half done.
  2. Add chopped cabbage and shredded onion; fry until done on low heat.
  3. Cut off a piece of thawed bread dough the size of an egg and stretch it out.
  4. Place a spoonful of the cooked filling on the dough.
  5. Pinch the edges together to seal.
  6. Let the filled dough rise until doubled in size.
  7. Brush with melted butter and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes until golden brown.
