A hearty, cheesy nacho chip dip with flavorful chili beans, fresh vegetables, and melted taco cheese, perfect for parties and casual gatherings with crunchy chips.

Ingredients

  • 1 can nacho cheese soup
  • 1 can chili beans
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 green peppers
  • 3 to 4 tomatoes
  • 1 to 2 lbs. hamburger
  • 8 oz. taco cheese
  • 1 bag plain nacho chips

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, brown the hamburger, chopped onion, and one chopped green pepper.
  2. Cut up the tomatoes and place them in a large bowl with the nacho cheese soup and chili beans.
  3. Mix the cooked meat mixture into the bowl with the soup and beans.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish and bake at 250°F (120°C) for 45 to 60 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven, top with shredded taco cheese and sliced green pepper strips.
  6. Return to the oven and cook for an additional 10 to 15 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  7. Serve hot with plain nacho chips.
