Kris' Nacho Chip Dip
A hearty, cheesy nacho chip dip with flavorful chili beans, fresh vegetables, and melted taco cheese, perfect for parties and casual gatherings with crunchy chips.

- In a skillet, brown the hamburger, chopped onion, and one chopped green pepper.
- Cut up the tomatoes and place them in a large bowl with the nacho cheese soup and chili beans.
- Mix the cooked meat mixture into the bowl with the soup and beans.
- Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish and bake at 250°F (120°C) for 45 to 60 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, top with shredded taco cheese and sliced green pepper strips.
- Return to the oven and cook for an additional 10 to 15 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Serve hot with plain nacho chips.
