Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 6 cups Rice Krispies
  • 16 ounces chocolate chips
  • 6 ounces butterscotch chips

Instructions

  1. Combine sugar, light corn syrup, and butter in a saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  3. Stir in peanut butter, blending well. Remove from heat.
  4. Spread the peanut butter mixture into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
  5. Pour Rice Krispies over the peanut butter mixture in the pan and press firmly.
  6. Melt the chocolate chips and butterscotch chips in a saucepan.
  7. Pour the melted mixture over the Rice Krispies in the pan.
  8. Let the bars cool and set, then cut into individual bars.
