Ingredients

  • 1 cup wheat
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup honey
  • 3 tablespoons poppy seed

Instructions

  1. Soak wheat in 2 cups of water for 4 hours.
  2. Cook the soaked wheat until desired tenderness.
  3. Meanwhile, cook honey with water in a saucepan.
  4. Add poppy seed to the honey mixture.
  5. Stir in chopped nuts.
  6. Serve the cooked wheat cold with the honey mixture.
