Ingredients

  • 1 lb salted peanuts
  • 6 Tbsp butter
  • 2 egg whites

Instructions

  1. Add peanuts to the beaten egg white mixture and stir to coat evenly.
  2. Spread the coated peanuts in a jelly roll pan that has melted butter in it.
  3. Bake in a 325°F oven, stirring every 10 minutes, for a total of 30 minutes.
  4. Allow the peanuts to cool on waxed paper.
  5. Store the cooled peanuts in a can or airtight container.
