Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground lamb
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp. instant onion
  • 2 c. crushed dry bread crumbs
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Mix ground lamb, egg, instant onion, crushed dry bread crumbs, salt, and pepper as for a meat loaf.
  2. Shape into a loaf and place in a baking pan.
  3. Bake at 300°F for 45 to 50 minutes.
  4. As it bakes, keep grease poured off from the pan.
