Juicy grilled lamb marinated in a savory blend of olive oil, tamari, garlic, shallots, lemon, and herbs, perfect for flavorful summer barbecues or special occasions.

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. tamari
  • 2 shallots, minced
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tsp. dry rosemary or 1 to 2 Tbsp. fresh
  • fresh mint, chopped (optional)
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients; pour over lamb and cover.
  2. Refrigerate for about 6 hours, turning frequently if possible.
  3. Prepare grill. Drain meat, reserving the marinade.
  4. Grill lamb about 4 inches from coals, basting with marinade frequently.
