Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 small onion
  • 1 Tbsp. butter or oleo
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • pinch of rosemary (optional)
  • 1 big can tomato sauce
  • 1 can tomatoes, mashed
  • 1 lb. lasagna noodles
  • grated cheese
  • pizza cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown first 8 ingredients.
  2. When brown, add tomato sauce and mashed tomatoes.
  3. Simmer.
  4. Cook lasagna noodles (add oil to the water).
  5. Sequence in pan: sauce, layer of noodles, grated cheese and pizza cheese.
  6. Keep repeating until all noodles are gone.
