- Brown first 8 ingredients.
- When brown, add tomato sauce and mashed tomatoes.
- Simmer.
- Cook lasagna noodles (add oil to the water).
- Sequence in pan: sauce, layer of noodles, grated cheese and pizza cheese.
- Keep repeating until all noodles are gone.
