Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 c. diced cheese
  • 2 c. uncooked macaroni
  • 1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef; season with salt and pepper.
  2. Drain excess fat from the beef and add chopped onions.
  3. Mix in water, tomato sauce, diced cheese, uncooked macaroni, and drained corn.
  4. Toss all ingredients together to combine.
  5. Pour the mixture into a large 2 1/2 or 3-quart baking dish.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes until hot and bubbly.
