- Combine the cream of chicken soup, milk, seasoned salt, chopped cooked chicken, thawed and drained vegetables, 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, and 1/2 can French fried onions in a bowl.
- Spread the mixture into a greased 8 x 12-inch baking dish.
- Bake, uncovered, at 425°F for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, combine biscuit mix, egg, and milk to form a soft dough.
- Spoon the biscuit dough over the hot chicken mixture to form a lattice design.
- Bake, uncovered, at 425°F for 20 to 25 minutes or until biscuits are golden.
- Top the lattice with the remaining cheese and French fried onions.
- Bake for 3 to 5 minutes or until the cheese melts and the onions are slightly browned.
