Sweet and chewy layered bars with coconut, nuts, marshmallows, and chocolate, perfect for satisfying dessert cravings and sharing at gatherings or family occasions.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 cups shredded coconut
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 1/2 to 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 squares semi-sweet chocolate, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place butter in a 13 x 9-inch pan and melt in the oven.
  3. Remove the pan from the oven and sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the melted butter, pressing down with a fork.
  4. Sprinkle coconut evenly over the graham cracker crumbs.
  5. Add a layer of chopped walnuts over the coconut.
  6. Spread a layer of miniature marshmallows on top of the nuts.
  7. Drizzle sweetened condensed milk evenly over the marshmallows.
  8. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Remove from oven and drizzle melted semi-sweet chocolate over the top.
  10. Let cool before slicing and serving.
