Ingredients

  • 1 head iceberg lettuce, chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped

  • 2 tablespoons dry lime Jell-O
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Layer all ingredients in order given: chopped iceberg lettuce, chopped green onions, peas, dissolved lime Jell-O, mayonnaise, and shredded Cheddar cheese.
  2. Chill overnight or for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to meld.
  3. Toss before serving to combine layers.
