Buffet Bean Bake

Ingredients
- 6 slices bacon ⓘ
- 1/2 cup vinegar ⓘ
- 1 tablespoon mustard ⓘ
- 1 (16 oz.) can French-style green beans ⓘ
- 1 (16 oz.) can pork and beans
- 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can yellow wax beans
- 1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans ⓘ
- 1 (2.8 oz.) can French fried onions ⓘ
- 1 cup brown sugar ⓘ
- 1/2 teaspoon salt ⓘ
- 1 (16 oz.) can butter beans ⓘ
- 1 (16 oz.) can lima beans ⓘ
Instructions
- Drain all the beans.
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Fry bacon until crisp. Remove from skillet, crumble and set aside.
- Drain all but about 2 tablespoons of drippings from the skillet.
- Add sugar, vinegar, salt, and mustard to the skillet; simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.
- Combine all drained beans and crumbled bacon in a baking dish.
- Pour the hot sugar-vinegar mixture over the beans and bacon.
- Sprinkle French fried onions on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until heated through and bubbly.
