Ingredients

  • 1 (3 oz.) box lemon jello
  • 1 small flat can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 large banana, sliced
  • 1 to 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup boiling water

Instructions

  1. Add boiling water to the lemon jello and stir until dissolved.
  2. Add 1 cup cold water to the gelatin mixture and chill until syrupy.
  3. Stir in the drained crushed pineapple.
  4. Top with sliced banana and sprinkle mini marshmallows over all.
  5. Chill until the salad is firm.
