- Add bite-sized chicken pieces and continue to brown. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in chili powder and salt. Set aside.
- Blend cream cheese, cream of onion soup, and lemon juice until smooth. Set aside.
- In a crock-pot, layer tortillas, meat mixture, cream cheese mixture, and shredded Cheddar cheese.
- End with a layer of Cheddar cheese on top.
- Cover and cook on low for about 4 hours.
