Ingredients

  • 6 chicken breasts
  • 3 cups chopped celery
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 small onions
  • 1 cup slivered almonds
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 8 hard-cooked eggs

Instructions

  1. Layer cooked and diced chicken breasts, chopped celery, chopped onions, slivered almonds, and chopped hard-cooked eggs in a greased casserole dish.
  2. Mix mayonnaise, mushroom soup, salt, and pepper in a bowl until well combined.
  3. Spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over the layered ingredients in the casserole dish.
  4. Cover the top with potato chips.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) until bubbling and browned, about 30 minutes.
