Ingredients

  • 1 (1 lb.) can refried beans
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 package Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 (4 oz.) can sliced green chilies
  • 1 can sliced ripe olives
  • 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar or other cheese

Instructions

  1. Spread refried beans evenly on a shallow pan or dish.
  2. Combine sour cream with the ranch dressing mix and spread this mixture over the beans.
  3. Add layers of diced tomatoes, sliced green chilies, sliced ripe olives, and shredded cheese on top.
  4. Optional: Garnish with sliced avocado if desired.
  5. Serve with thick corn chips.
