8 Layer Mexican Dip

A vibrant, layered Mexican dip packed with bean, avocado, cheese, and chili flavors, perfect for parties and gatherings, served with crispy tortilla chips.

Ingredients

  • 1 can bean dip
  • 1 (16 oz.) sour cream
  • 2 to 4 mashed avocados
  • 1 to 2 cans diced green chili peppers
  • 1 bunch chopped green onions
  • 1 large tomato, chopped
  • 1 to 2 cans chopped black olives
  • 1 lb. Longhorn cheese, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Layer the bean dip evenly in the bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
  2. Spread the sour cream over the bean dip layer.
  3. Add a layer of mashed avocados on top of the sour cream.
  4. Sprinkle diced green chili peppers over the avocados.
  5. Add chopped green onions over the chili peppers.
  6. Spread chopped tomatoes over the green onions.
  7. Add chopped black olives as the next layer.
  8. Sprinkle the finely chopped Longhorn cheese on top.
  9. Chill the layered dip in the refrigerator before serving.
  10. Serve with tortilla chips.
