8 Layer Mexican Dip
A vibrant, layered Mexican dip packed with bean, avocado, cheese, and chili flavors, perfect for parties and gatherings, served with crispy tortilla chips.

Instructions
- Layer the bean dip evenly in the bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
- Spread the sour cream over the bean dip layer.
- Add a layer of mashed avocados on top of the sour cream.
- Sprinkle diced green chili peppers over the avocados.
- Add chopped green onions over the chili peppers.
- Spread chopped tomatoes over the green onions.
- Add chopped black olives as the next layer.
- Sprinkle the finely chopped Longhorn cheese on top.
- Chill the layered dip in the refrigerator before serving.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
