Ingredients

  • 20 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice
  • 16 oz. bag frozen peaches, thawed
  • 16 oz. bag frozen peaches, thawed
  • 1 yellow cake mix (dry)
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a 9 x 13-inch pan, layer crushed pineapple with juice, followed by one layer of thawed frozen peaches, then sprinkle with sugar.
  3. Sprinkle dry yellow cake mix evenly over the layered fruits.
  4. Add the second layer of thawed peaches on top of the cake mix.
  5. Sprinkle chopped pecans over the top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 to 55 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
