Ingredients

  • 1 head lettuce, chopped
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 1/2 lb. bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
  • 1/2 head cauliflower, separated into small pieces
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Layer the chopped lettuce, sliced red onion, crumbled bacon, and cauliflower pieces in order.
  2. In a bowl, combine the sugar, mayonnaise, and Parmesan cheese.
  3. Spread the dressing mixture on top of the layered ingredients.
  4. Refrigerate for several hours and toss before serving.
