Ingredients

  • 2 lb. stew meat
  • 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can water
  • 1 jar mushrooms and juice
  • 1 chopped onion
  • garlic to taste
  • green onions to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Put all ingredients in a casserole dish.
  3. Bake uncovered for 3 hours.
  4. Serve over rice or noodles.
