Ingredients

  • 1 lb butter
  • 1 large can sauerkraut, squeezed, not rinsed
  • 1 large onion, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 box twist noodles

Instructions

  1. Mix butter, sauerkraut, and minced onion and simmer for 1 hour.
  2. Cook twist noodles for about 15 minutes.
  3. Add cooked noodles to the sauerkraut mixture and stir together.
  4. Add an additional 1/2 lb of butter while mixing.
