Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup uncooked rice
  • 2 cans tomato soup
  • 2 cans water
  • 1 package dry onion soup mix
  • 2 lb cabbage

Instructions

  1. Saute ground beef until browned.
  2. Drain the cooked beef.
  3. Add dry onion soup mix to the beef.
  4. Mix uncooked rice into the beef mixture.
  5. Place chopped cabbage in a large baking pan.
  6. Spread the meat and rice mixture over the cabbage.
  7. Mix tomato soup and water, then pour over the meat mixture.
  8. Cover the pan and bake for 1.5 hours at 325°F.
