- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Spray a 13 x 9-inch glass baking dish with vegetable oil spray.
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions; drain.
- In a skillet, cook sausage until browned; set aside.
- In a bowl, combine low-fat ricotta cheese, chopped parsley flakes, and minced garlic.
- Spread a layer of tomato sauce in the bottom of the baking dish.
- Layer cooked noodles, tomato paste, cooked sausage, ricotta mixture, mozzarella cheese, and basil.
- Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of mozzarella and parmesan cheeses.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
