Leftover Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • leftover mashed potatoes
  • milk
  • horseradish
  • table mustard
  • fried bacon chips
  • grated cheese

Instructions

  1. To the leftover mashed potatoes, add some milk and a dash of horseradish.
  2. Add some table mustard and a few fried bacon chips. Whip it up.
  3. Spread a layer of the mixture in the bottom of a greased casserole dish and grate some cheese over it.
  4. Add the rest of the mashed potatoes over that and top with more grated cheese.
  5. Bake in the oven with a piece of foil over it until the potatoes are hot. Remove foil and let the cheese brown a bit.
