Leftover Mashed Potatoes
A savory casserole blending creamy mashed potatoes with bacon, cheese, and a hint of horseradish, perfect for comforting family dinners or casual gatherings.

- To the leftover mashed potatoes, add some milk and a dash of horseradish.
- Add some table mustard and a few fried bacon chips. Whip it up.
- Spread a layer of the mixture in the bottom of a greased casserole dish and grate some cheese over it.
- Add the rest of the mashed potatoes over that and top with more grated cheese.
- Bake in the oven with a piece of foil over it until the potatoes are hot. Remove foil and let the cheese brown a bit.
