Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 to 2 cups cooked elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup lean ground ham
  • 1 onion, ground
  • 1 green pepper, chopped fine
  • pimento, chopped fine
  • 1 cup mild cheese, ground
  • 1 1/2 cups fine bread crumbs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup melted butter or margarine
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Pour milk over bread crumbs and let stand.
  2. Mix all ingredients together and shape into a loaf.
  3. Place the loaf in a pan and bake in a water bath for 2 hours in a slow oven or 1 hour at 350°F.
