Leftover Vegetable Casserole

Instructions
- Chop and steam all vegetables.
- Melt butter. Add flour and stir till smooth. Slowly add milk, keeping mixture smooth. Cook till thick.
- Put vegetables in casserole dish and top with sauce and cheese.
- Cook till cheese is melted.
