Ingredients

  • 2 packages lemon Jell-O
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 cups 7-Up
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 4 large bananas, diced
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons flour

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the lemon Jell-O in boiling water and let it cool.
  2. Add the crushed pineapple, 7-Up, mini marshmallows, and diced bananas to the cooled Jell-O.
  3. Chill the mixture until it is firm.
  4. In a small saucepan, combine the sugar and flour.
  5. Add the reserved pineapple juice and the egg, then cook until boiling, stirring constantly.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in butter and prepared Dream Whip.
  7. Spread the creamy topping over the chilled Jell-O before serving.
