Ingredients

  • chicken breasts
  • 2 lemons
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • parsley

Instructions

  1. Slice chicken breasts thinly.
  2. Put the chicken in a frying pan with olive oil over low heat.
  3. Brown both sides of the chicken with the garlic clove.
  4. Add juice of 1 lemon to the pan and cover.
  5. Lower the heat and cook until the chicken is done.
  6. Garnish with lemon slices and parsley.
  7. Serve with rice.
