Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. lemon cake mix with pudding
  • 2 pkg. lemon instant pudding
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 small container sour cream
  • 3 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the lemon cake mix, lemon instant pudding, eggs, oil, sour cream, and vanilla; mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix chopped walnuts, sugar, and cinnamon; set aside.
  4. Grease a tube pan.
  5. Spread half of the cake batter into the pan.
  6. Sprinkle half of the walnut mixture over the batter.
  7. Repeat with the remaining batter and walnut mixture.
  8. Bake for 60 minutes at 350°F (175°C).
  9. Allow to cool before serving.
