Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup peanuts, chopped
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup Cool Whip
  • 1 cup confectioners sugar
  • vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 1/3 cups milk

Instructions

  1. Cream the peanuts, flour, margarine, and peanut butter well and spread on the crust.
  2. Mix vanilla pudding with 1 1/3 cups milk and spread on top of the first layer. Let set for 5 to 10 minutes.
  3. Mix chocolate pudding with 1 1/3 cups milk and spread on top of the vanilla pudding layer.
  4. Let set for 5 to 10 minutes.
  5. Add remaining Cool Whip on top of the chocolate pudding layer.
  6. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
  7. Refrigerate until set, at least 2 to 3 hours.
