Ingredients

  • 1/2 Tbsp. plain gelatin
  • 1/4 c. cold water
  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. boiling water
  • 1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade
  • 1/2 c. sugar

Instructions

  1. Soften gelatin in cold water and set aside.
  2. Beat cream cheese and sugar with an electric beater until blended.
  3. Gradually add milk and beat until smooth.
  4. Dissolve the gelatin in boiling water and allow to cool.
  5. Beat the cooled gelatin into the cheese mixture.
  6. Add the frozen lemonade and beat until smooth.
  7. Pour the mixture into a 1-quart mold and chill until firm.
